Sweet Vegan Chocolates

Delicious chocolates and world-class service. Chef Andrea will actually call sometimes to make sure an order is perfect. My wife has gluten and dairy allergies, so being able to order these for her is an incredible treat.

Working with Chef Andrea for our daughter's wedding was an extraordinary experience. As many of our wedding guests suffer allergies to gluten and dairy products, I was searching for a chocolatier who offers vegan options. Most have the standard offerings; we wanted something unique. Chef Andrea rose to our challenge: vegan dark chocolates in the shapes of the Chinese character of "double happiness," flanked by the dragon and phoenix, symbolic of a blissful marital union in the Chinese culture. Chef Andrea embodies creativity, vision, and professionalism. She took time to experiment and kept us well abreast of her progress with pictures and updates. The result was an artistic masterpiece of "mythological grandeur" for the palate! Everyone, including the catering staff at the wedding venue, was most impressed with the chocolates, in both taste and presentation.
