The coyote chicken salad is not served as a traditional salad with chicken in it. It comes as a piece of hammered chicken (smashed to about 1/4 inch thin, covered with cheese, pickled onions (it said caramelized, but they weren’t), and a salad on the side. Needless to say, I was disappointed. My chicken had been cooked so much on one side that I couldn’t cut it with the knife I was provided, therefore, I had to use my husbands steak knife. My salad portion was so small, the salad amount would have fit into a coffee cup… the flavor was good, but I will not be ordered this meal again. For desert I ordered the gluten free chocolate tarte, and it was delicious. My drink was also great, which was basically a pear flavored mule.
