NOT ADA FRIENDLY or compliant. Highly recommend to AVOID.
Where the warning of non celiac safe prep environment used to be indicative of a professional & friendly overall environment & dining experience, the new staff certainly aims to stick to a new paradigm of harmful ignorance. Where the obvious implied negative assumption, is that customers are somehow trying to "cheat" the system by Having to order from the kids menu?o.0. Which to be extremely clear, is NOT what is happening, when disabled patrons are forced by necessity to order from the kid's menu. There exists a new hurtful dehumanizing and unpleasant overall dining experience.
[Even in Disneyland where restrictions exist for their $$$ price restaurants; they're trained to know & be friendly/accommodating once generalized medical disclosures are told. Disney even trains staff to politely cut you off & take your order at that point.] Whoever, told new staff to deny & talk to customers so ignorantly and ardently is doing Gus's a disservice. And fun fact breaking ADA compliance simultaneously.
The hostesses however are solidly professional, and will give you a kid menu when asked.
⚠️Food Quality :
Portions of food are noticeably smaller than they used to be for the price. A trend everywhere, but has happened twice over at Gus's. Quality ranges but most dishes are at, at least 3 reliably.
