De Pomp Utrecht

A new discovery for me and what a one. Not only is it ideally located in relation to Utrecht central (for those coming from outside), but everything about De Pomp is buzzing, in a relaxed way. The service is top notch (a very good sign) and genuinely friendly; the interior is a good mix of industrial and warm and the food was delicious! Bean cassoulet... can go very wrong, but this variant was spicy, warm, crunchy and fresh at the same time. And the kimchi croque that I saw all around me indeed looked delicious too😋. If you want, you can have a delicious hot lunch with a drink for (well) less than 15 euros. A really nice place, and in my case also gluten-free!
