Absolutely terrible customer service. This is the first time I’ve ever had a problem with them taking care of a gluten allergy. They had scraped off the buns off of both of our burgers and made both of us sick. JJ, the manager, decided that he would argue with me rather than take responsibility. He said I am sure I spoke in Spanish to her properly to make sure she did it right and I don’t think she could’ve done it wrong.

Such a great experience! They handled my gluten-free request without a problem. The staff was amazingly friendly and competent. The dining room and patio were immaculately clean. Oh and my order came out quicker than expected. I'm ready to go back again!
