I cannot say enough great things about Cava Rittenhouse! I was introduced to food through a colleague and it was love at first bite!!! The bowls are clean food that does not lack flavor! Ingridents/dishes are prepared fresh daily, ND believe me it shows in the quality. In addition, the manager, & staff is awesome!! They are courteous, welcoming,friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to food allergies, which they take seriously. I am a celiac and have been eating at this location for a few months now without any "glutenizing" or being glutened!!! The pita is wrapped individually without contact to utensils or the food buffet area. When I announce my allergy,whoever is helping me is quick to wash hands and change gloves. I 10 outta 10 recommended!!!
