The service is incredible, but the food isn't worth it.
I went for brunch with friends and we ordered shakshouka, a banana bread. Being gluten-intolerant, I chose the only savory gluten-free option on the menu: the congee. I was extremely disappointed with my dish. It was flavorless and uninteresting.
We also ordered an activated charcoal latte, which was delicious.
At the end of the meal, I was still hungry and ordered the pancake. It looked beautiful, but for an establishment that promotes healthy eating, it would be wise to offer a gluten-free bread option.
The waiters, on the other hand, are extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. It's probably the best service I've received in Paris. I really hope they improve their menu.
~ The congee I ordered came with only shiitake mushrooms, without any other add-ins or protein. This makes the dish very simple and uninteresting, especially for brunch. Traditional congee is usually served with various side dishes that enrich the flavor and add more texture. At 16 euros, this minimalist version is disappointing and doesn't justify the price. ~
