Had a birthday meal, ordered online then phoned up to change the cheese to vegan and the staff accommodated our needs straight away! Very happy with the gluten free base as it’s the nicest we’ve tried.

Ordered takeaway for my daughter's birthday. Soya and dairy allergies so ordered gluten-free base (which is soya-free, regular bases aren't) but couldn't amend the cheese to vegan alternative but ordered anyway, hoping it they would be able to amend. Called them and they switched the mozzarella to the vegan alternative with no problem. Gluten-free base doesn't taste anything like any other GF bases/breads we've had before - you wouldn't know it wasn't a gluten base. Vegan mozzarella is also so good that you wouldn't know it wasn't dairy unless you were paying close attention, which, of course, you're not with the great toppings/the whole package. Thank you to the staff for making ordering takeaway with allergies a much easier experience. Would love it if the website and apps would have the functionality to amend toppings and bases in this respect, but as it is at the moment, they will happily cater to your dietary requirements if you contact them.
