Super friendly and accommodating staff! I ordered online because I was in the mood for IHOP and didn’t want to leave the house. I noticed on the IHOP website there was no option to substitute gluten free pancakes so I called in and they made a note of my name and order to make the change. I actually, embarrassingly wrote a bad review initially because I thought I was given regular pancakes but their GF pancakes are actually just that good- it’s hard to tell. Then I saw the box had “GF pan :)” written on it and I felt so bad after the staff was so kind to me. Anyway, great service, good food. Will be ordering again!

Always my favourite breakfast spot after a night shift . The coffee and hot chocolate aroma is delightful after entering from the early morning cool fresh air . The breakfast options are quite diverse and there’s an option for every type of eater whether gluten free , lactose intolerant , paleo or keto there’s something for you . Great ambience , friendly staff and lots of free parking . I love IHOP and you should try this location for sure 😊
