We discovered red's green cuisine while on vacation and can recommend it 100%.
The restaurant is characterized by a very unique concept. While there is a daily special, the focus for us was clearly on the buffet. This impresses with its colorful vegetarian offerings, including some hot and cold dishes, plus desserts. A special feature is that everything is charged by weight.
What makes the buffet special? First of all, there's a very pleasant, perfectly adequate variety, followed by very clear allergen labeling, and everything is of excellent organic quality!
There's also a particularly noteworthy selection of cakes, which also caters to various allergens. We've definitely never experienced such a selection of gluten-free cakes anywhere else.
Overall, a highly recommended restaurant of a "special" kind. We felt completely at home, from the food selection described above to the super friendly, unobtrusive service.
