We have eaten at Viet Fusion 5 or 6 times now. It is a tucked away gem. If you find yourself wanting a bowl of Pho or a freshly made ahi tuna spring roll or perhaps pad thai...this is your place. They also have a nice selection of gluten free dishes. There is a full bar. It is not a large restaurant but it's quiet and cool and dim inside with nicely placed tables and chairs. There is also a patio for dining. It's in a non descript strip mall sort of on the backside. Plenty of parking.

We celebrated our 25th anniversary last night and they did not disappoint. We had our favorite calamari and shared the wings also, nice and crispy. We shared the tenderloin beef bowl and the trio pad Thai. Every dish is delicious. Hector was an amazing and attentive server. We had a nice quiet corner to ourselves. We will continue to enjoy this local treasure. Love that they offer gluten free dishes.

They have AMAZING GLUTEN FREE food! Most of the menu is GF, which is hard to find. The atmosphere is always welcoming, relaxing, comfortable seating, and the service is fantastic. This restaurant is at the very top of our short list of favorite places to eat in the Palm Springs area. The kids too, absolutely love the fried rice- veggies and all.
