I just loved this place and their food. Great people, great environment. Their pizza "folded pie" was perfection! I couldn't stop eating. Great selection of beers, soft drinks and drinks in general. We had a great time. They have gluten free options and vegan options! We will definitely go back.

just went for the first time and lily was my server. I’m gluten free and I’m always stressed about going out, but lily was very knowledgeable and knew the answers to my questions. Gluten free pizza was amazing. 10/10. Adding this place to my list of GF safe restaurants.

The Watershed is one of my favorite hidden spots in Seattle! This cozy Pub offers a little bit of everything with a menu that is constantly changing and keeps me hurrying back for more. I always find myself in a serious struggle trying to choose which delicious sounding dish to get each time I return. I always want to try something new but often find myself swayed by their tomato soup and grilled cheese... again. I've loved everything I've had here, especially their Bloody Mary, Espresso Martini, Caesar salad and the pizzas are killer too. There is a great selection of beers on tap including gluten free options. The cocktail menu always seems to be perfectly curated and stays updated too. The atmosphere is warm and bright with lots of windows letting in natural light, plenty of bar and table seating, and of course- great vibes! There is also an outdoor area with plenty of covered seating, TV, and heaters that keep it comfortable for the colder rainy days and nights. Most importantly the staff are welcoming, so attentive and kind. Highly recommend checking this place out if you get the opportunity, you won't be disappointed.
