I thought The Crest was a good place for atmosphere, service, and food. I was proven wrong. My first time dining here was amazing. I thought I would have time to take a picture once the food came out, but by the time I remembered, my plate was clean. The staff was also extremely friendly and attentive. We received the best service you could get from any restaurant you could visit in Prince Rupert. The chef even came out to speak with us! It is a bit pricy with their more expensive dishes around $20+ (I paid $28 for my dish), but for the flavourful food, service, and experience, it's worth it. If you're looking for vegetarian options, there are a few menu items that may fit your dietary needs. There are also a couple of gluten-free options if you're looking for that as well. This restaurant is constantly changing to improve their dishes. Their portions are perfect, and it's quite filling to eat here. We ended up with some leftovers, which we were able to take home. There are also events hosted by this restaurant that you should ask about if you plan on visiting. For anyone still on the fence, I highly recommend this restaurant.
