If you have allergies or any dietary restrictions do not go here. They recently changed their policy and will no longer clean the grill for people with allergies or people who are vegetarian because it takes too long (even if the restaurant is completely empty). The staff was very apologetic except for manager Brian Claybough who was very unhelpful and didn't even bother apologizing. We have been driving to the US from Canada to go to HuHot for years and they have always been very accommodating but changed their policy without warning. Their website still claims that they are able to accommodate people with allergies or who are gluten free which is not true. It is a shame that so many people will no longer be able to eat here just because they consider taking 30 seconds to clean the grill to be too much of a hassle. Very disappointing they changed the policy and how HuHots management team handled the situation. If you can’t accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions don’t lie on your website and say that you can!

Service was exceptional. I'm extreme Celiac and the manager personally walked me through gluten-free options and gathered items from the kitchen to protect from cross contamination. He then personally cooked my meal and kept checking to make sure all was good. It was delicious. They take exceptional care of gluten free. Everyone was so friendly. Thank you.
