P.F. Chang's

Laura was AMAZING!!! The team was very nice and served us our food in a timely manner. Amazing! Food was great. I have gluten intolerance and they are very attentive to ensuring my safety!!

I love this place! I’m a pretty regular customer at p.f. chang’s mainly because of my love for chinese food but also because of their gluten free options! I’m only leaving a 3 star review because our waiter Tim. He started out with a great attitude and we were very impressed with his service at first… My sister and I ordered the same dish except mine was gluten free. The food was served to us and I eat this so often i noticed immediately something wasn’t right. The gluten free food had been put on my sisters plate so i had asked her to switch with me. He then tells me that p.f. chang’s takes gluten allergies very seriously which is usually true! The cooks had just put the food on the wrong plate it was no big deal. He then noticed my sister and I switched plates when he came back to check on us which gave him the bright idea to tell me, “if you actually were gluten free you’d be in the hospital right now”. I’ve never been treated like this at p.f. chang’s and i will continue to come back but it made it hard for us to enjoy the rest of my Brother in laws birthday dinner.

I always love P.F. Changs, and as a gluten free diner with celiac, I trust them to keep me from getting sick. I love the Changs chicken lettuce wraps, and the Changs spicy chicken. Tonight we were served by Courtney, and she was wonderful! So sweet, and she boxed up my leftovers for me. Amazing experience tonight. Thank you Courtney!
