Best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had! I was even sceptic that it’s not GF, that’s how awesome it looked and tasted. We were on the road trip from Syd and are not wine fans, however decided to check McLaren Vale out mainly because of this restaurant. And it’s definitely worth it. Regular pizzas looked incredibly fab too and confirmed by my family. Definitely will re-visit next time we are in SA.

Manna is a must visit! If you like your breakfast delicious and your coffee amazing, Manna is your perfect match 😎 The food is always fresh and tasty, they have a visual menu so you can see what all the meals will look like (something I wish all places did!) The coffee is worth a visit alone and will keep you singing for the rest of the day 😃 There is onsite parking or street parking too. One of my favourite things here is how easy it is to easy gluten free, there are always options available as well as locally sourced bread. Make sure you check out some of the events that Manna organise too in their other building - they have Markets and Storytelling for Kids, it's way more than a cafe now!

We came here for dinner on a Tuesday and were very glad we did. Friendly, welcoming wait staff, pleasant and attractive ambiance and most importantly delicious food. We had the beef scaloppini and the chicken florentine and I can recommend them both. A wide range of gluten friendly meals and desserts are available too.

Far more than chocolate and desserts! Amazing breakfast and lunch food that is beautifully cooked with so much attention to detail. It's our new favourite place to have an all-day breakfast or lunch followed by awesome coffee and hot chocolate. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, and all dietary requirements (including vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free) are very well catered for. Thank you!
