This place was amazing! Our server was so attentive and lovely and they were able to make modifications to dishes I had so that they were gluten free and dairy free for me. It was very nice of her to speak French with us so that we could practice. The cod was fantastic; perfectly cooked and some of the best cod I’ve ever had. Bar programme is also top notch. Mocktails were perfect, especially enjoyed the Mocky Ruby. Thanks to all the staff for making our dinner here extra special.

4.5 stars. This restaurant came highly recommended to us. So we went there as a couple. Despite the name, the restaurant has two styles of menu: one containing more "traditional" Japanese dishes from an Izakaya and a (on the blackboard) type "French-Japanese fusion" menu. (so be careful with products with lactose) Overall, we were very satisfied with the experience. The quality of the food is high, the dishes (including the dumplings) are made on site, the taste is refined. The service is also second to none (I missed the name of the server). Very courteous. The servers know their menu. Our favorites: Chicken Karaage (gluten-free by the way), venison dumplings. There were no “disappointing” dishes, but some stood out less than expected. The fried duck dumpling was wrapped in egg-roll style dough. Crab cakes are closer to arancini than to a crab cake (much more rice than crab). The menu is presented in the form of small “tapas” dishes. It's very interesting to taste everything, but the recommendation of 2-3 dishes per person is insufficient in my opinion. It's minimum 3 in my opinion. With 2 drinks of alcohol, we selected 9 dishes (including 2 side dishes) at a total cost of $131 before taxes. We are happy to have discovered it and we will probably come back more often for the chicken Karaage to take away which we particularly appreciated.
