All delicious and strictly gluten-free! Light and crispy fried, I don't know what to recommend because in reality we tried various things and they were all really good!!!

Location much more beautiful than the photos. Friendly and sociable staff. Excellent food... highly recommended the first course with clams and almonds, caponata and second course of sea bass and seafood. The gluten free cuisine is also excellent.

There are some fantastic restaurants in Noto, but navigating the city streets and parking brings some challenge, and especially during a 48° heatwave! After finding Quadrilatiro on the outskirts of Noto, I have the answer. As is common practice amongst my nationality, we arrived at 7:30 just as the restaurant opened. I imagined that we'd be the only guests until much later, but the place filled up surpisingly quickly with locals. We'd come early because we couldn't tell online how well they accommodated a gluten-free diet (senza glutine), and expected to move on elsewhere. But we should not have been worried. Pasta options and the full choice of pizza were offered. There appears to have been a lot of effort devoted to developing their dishes and menu, which diners benefit from. All four of us chose pizza and were rewarded without something out of the ordinary. I had the Pizza Bronte that has pistachio pesto. Simply extraordinary! Explore So did we enjoy it? Well, we only have two nights left and booked the last one to come back. So I'd say yes! (And I had the seafood soup on the second visit - see photo).
