Located in the city center. With an "old tavern" style appearance with bricked ceilings with exposed vaults. Cozy place, with numerous gluten-free options which in my opinion are very good, and staff who are also very friendly and helpful. Multitude of “free use” books along the walls. Perfect place to read, study and spend a few hours. Highly recommended

We were there at lunchtime, not long before the restaurant closed. We were thrilled by the attentive and child-friendly service, who immediately asked, for example, whether the gluten-free lasagna was for our son. The pizza made from 3 types of flour tasted excellent and was freshly prepared. Nonna is actually still cooking in the back. The lasagne was also heavenly - beautifully creamy and well seasoned. We would go back anytime if we are in Pisa.

Pleasant surprise in the center of Pisa, near Corso Italia on Piazza Gambacorti. The staff were very kind and friendly, attentive to everything. I think it's family run. My girlfriend who is celiac had no problems finding from the starter to the dessert, including fresh pasta and special second courses. They are very well prepared, nothing was missing except a little gluten free bread, but that's fine. We liked it so much, we will definitely return.
