We were visiting Panama City for a week and after having dinner here once, we found once wasn't enough. The food is absolutely delicious, perfect portion sizes, and lots of options for my wife who has Celiacs. The steaks are all phenomenal and if you can, GET THE CHEESECAKE. It's out of this world. Special thanks to the hostess and staff for making it easy for us since we aren't fluent in Spanish. You have a wonderful restaurant and we cannot wait to eat here again when we come back.

Vitali is a true gem for anyone seeking a delicious KOSHER and healthy treat! I was particularly impressed by the quality of the ingredients and the thoughtful combinations. Always a delight! Staff is warm and friendly. Food is amazing. Healthy and decadent at the same time. Juices are fresh. Coffee is fabulous. Gluten free pancakes taste like dessert. Tofu is perfectly seasoned.

The gluten free pizza here was not just the best pizza I've had since developing celiac, it is excellent by any standard. I would 100% recommend it. It had the chew and slight crisp of a pizza with gluten and I could not tell it was gluten free, I was slightly astonished. Along with that, the sauce was perfectly balanced and the ingredients were fresh tasting. The person who served us was very attentive also, and the atmosphere was relaxing. There are other gluten free items on the menu also, including gnocci and other pasta dishes. I hope to be able to come again before we leave town!

A little overpriced, certainly not the best pizza (but hey were not in italy) you can get them gluten free ($2,50 extra), which seems an oddity here in panama.

It's hard to find options for those with different, intersecting dietary restrictions, but their gluten-free pizza crust, dairy-free cheese alternatives, build-your-own pizza options, and the ability to add toppings (vegan or not) have been wonderful. Delicious and repeatable. The pizza slice is enough for two people, or two meals. Recommended. I would have taken photos, but I ate the whole thing.

Retrogusto is a restaurant that offers an exceptional dining experience in Boquete. The ingredients are very fresh and high quality, with options for vegetarians and gluten-free. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service impeccable. The wine list is well selected, perfect to accompany gourmet dishes. A must for those looking for excellent cuisine in a refined environment.

Great sushi place with other fusion cuisine options. Owners, Hector and Marianela and genuine, kind and caring and offer many gluten free options, which were great for my son and husband who are celiac. The staff spoke excellent english and were very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

What a fun place for drinks and good food, highly recommend for GLUTEN FREE!!! The server was awesome and spoke Spanish and English, she confirmed with the kitchen regarding my GF questions, the menu only had one labeled GF item however she said most things could be done GF. I enjoyed prawns with rice (mixed with mango, almonds and I believe dried cranberries) my drinks were thirst quenching and full of flavor!

It's at the entrance to Decathlon. It's always full of families, and there are children's menus. Gluten-free dishes are available, although the menu is always the same, so it's not bad for a one-day meal. The prices are very reasonable, and this mall is always a good place for quality shopping in Panama.
