Not only was the service outstanding, but the food was also absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. It’s rare to find a place that is both accommodating and genuinely passionate about what they do.

Visiting Taunton for the weekend, looked clean and staff were polite. Lovely window seats. I ordered the sea bass , which was amazing! My partner had the chicken pie, which he said was really nice! Lovely place to eat, lots of gluten free options available, which was nice! Defiantly visit again! There was a wait for our food, but we had an apology and a reduced bill.😀

Augustus is tucked away in a little side street but well worth tracking down. The menu is of classic French style with little modern twists. My wife and l ate here they had no problem dealing with my wife coeliac disease GF. We were looked after by Cedric, Henry and Erin all very knowledgeable and professional nothing to much trouble. We had Asparagus with a crispy soft egg followed by crown of pigeon my wife had faggots. All were beautifully prepared and cooked to perfection, all in all if you’re in Taunton do hunt it out you won’t regret it.

We had a really lovely meal at Turmeric kitchen, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was absolutely delicious. Extensive options for vegetarians, vegans and celiacs (as well as other dietary requirements)! The chilli idli starter was my favourite, but the dosas, medu vada, and the mango curry were also incredible. Thank you so much, we can't wait to come back and try more!
