had a nice time. Gluten free menu does offer lots of options. However, the food itself wasn’t amazing. And the chocolate torte tasted almost play dough like, which I can only assume is due to it being gluten free, but not worth the money. I also ordered food and was later told that it was unavailable, so had to quickly decide what to have instead, which sort of ruined the experience for me. Perhaps staff should make us aware before ordering what is out of stock in order to avoid disappointment. Manager was very friendly and considerate. Service is a 4/5, food 2/5, which is why I leave 3 stars.

Went to town at the weekend with my daughter for a girlie shopping day and had a brilliant lunch here. Couldn't fault a thing, they even did her a BBQ base for her pizza.
I also noticed on the menu that they did gluten free and also had dairy free mozzarella!! Will be back with my son as he is dairy free and has never had a pizza from here and in my opinion they are the BEST!!!

Just had a 3 course meal here, very quiet on a Wednesday lunchtime but a lovely place, very nice and friendly staff and the food was beautiful.

Me and my boyfriend had a lovely evening out here for new years, we've never been before but Vlada, Sofia and Dempsey were so lovely and accommodating. The two waitresses Vlada and Sofia took lots of extra care to make sure my coeliac boyfriend was safe because of his allergies. Well that was an interesting meal out... Just got glutened at a Beefeater.
Annoying because I said I was GF when booking, asked for the allergen booklet before ordering, reminded the server when ordering to make sure all food was gf.... Then in the middle of my starter I found gluten!
In their credit, the server got the manager straight away. He contacted his general manager to investigate why the error had happened. They said they are going to ring me tomorrow to see how I am... And the entire bill was complimentary.
Bad it happened, but good how seriously they took it.
Tomorrow is an important day so I hope I'm not too ill!
