Food was lovely, really good range of gluten free options and my dad really enjoyed himself he said the burger was the best he had in a long time. My food was also delicious. Everything was perfect, however, I realised after I left I was charged a 10% service fee which was around £5, I’m okay with this, it’s not a problem but I would’ve appreciated a note? Or a sign or for someone to tell me there’s a service fee. Apart from that wonderful service and wonderful food. Thank you 💕
Absolutely lovely meal and fabulous service. We loved Dario - he tolerated us crazy creatives from Poetika! They even catered for coeliacs and vegans. Our only qualm would be the loos.
Strange place, looks and feels the part but severely lacking in most areas. Forgot milk for tea, brought wrong food for one of us who is ceoliac, says offers gluten free food outside, yes they do but severely limited no chips, no beans, not ideal for a little one. Service lacking no one actually asked if everything OK or anything like that, shame as have passed countless times and always said should try it, never again.
As a Mexican, the music, drinks and food are spectacular. A little piece of Mexico and Latin America hidden away in Salisbury. 100% recommended - the cocktails are great and since I love mezcal, I was able to change the margaritas with mezcal. Our food is gluten-free and lactose-free - so there are plenty of options
A very good and tasty alternative to burgers etc. There are enough gluten-free versions. We particularly liked the sushi. But the soups were also very good. Plus a Japanese beer on tap. A rather rare find. The service is very nice. The prices are reasonable. We'd love to come back.
Haven’t been here for years; it’s still terrible. Gluten free pizza base uncooked dough, waitress wasn’t interested in asking why I said it was poor, just walked off. Presented with bill with no apology, then asked if we’d like to leave a tip. Won’t be back. Awful food, worse customer care.
Lovely visit to pizza express, kids really enjoyed their meal and was an added extra that it was kids eat free. Beata was a lovely host and made us feel very welcome. Lilly was our waitress and she did a brillant job in recommending my husband a lovely BBQ Burnt Ends which he loved. Also very accommodating for my Gluten intolerance and felt very safe with the service and safety of the food handling. Thank you all again, we will be back!
Quite possibly the worst harvester I have visited. The staff are rude. Asked to speak to a manager about the kids dessert, but they were too busy to speak to me.
Tables in the bar not cleaned. Sat there for almost 2 hours and we did not see one member of staff take any plates away. We had to clear our own salad dishes and starter plates!
The salad bar had almost empty at 3pm! Embarrassing having to ask staff to fill it up. Half the menu was missing due to the rotisserie bot working. Had a gluten allergy within our group and was hard to work out what they could actually have from the menu!
Great selection of vegan gluten free cakes and pastys. Lovely staff too, which made the atmosphere so welcoming. Glad we came in today. Highly recommend the orange and carrot cake- delicious!
Came here for a pizza and beer at lunchtime. My friend had the gluten free base with pepperoni and I had the truffle and mushroom pizza. Both were delicious and only £10! The interior and atmosphere were great- would definitely go back next time I’m in Salisbury.
Absolutely amazing food with top notch service.
I have lots of allergies due to SIBO. We informed on booking and on arrival the staff had kindly crossed everything out on the menu that I couldn't have and there was still loads left for me to chose from.
The cocktails could be made as cocktails which was also very much appreciated.
We went for the £65 tomahawk steak to share and it was well worth the price. The best steak I have ever had.
But loads of GF, Celiac and FODMAP friendly choices.
An amazing old pub that oozes history. Well worth a visit just for a drink in one of the nooks. We went for dinner as well and the food and service were excellent. The staff were knowledgeable regarding gluten intolerance and the options available on the menu.
The trio of venison is outstanding. Just do it.
Food was amazing. Matt the server was super busy but still spending extra time tontake care of everone. Gluten free options were delicious and kitchen took care to prepare separately.
A really pretty renovated property inside and out, attentive service with good options for gluten free or vegans. The full orangery was lovely and breakfast for 2 was a good price and to top it all off its in an ideal location.
I have celiac at the manager was so helpful looking at the ingredients in the end they did me egg and chips very yummy I really appreciate your help thank you so much
COELIACS AVOID
They have twice now served normal bread when we explicitly asked for Gluten free and they had the cheek to blame us for not being clear!
God help you if you have a nut allergy, don't risk it.
Owner said they didn't blame us, not true. They asked us to be clear nextime. That's blaming us! Was the waiter deaf or just dumb. After our first experience we Were VERY clear to order Gluten free. Hardly an Apologie from staff. More a throw away mumbled remark.
A cafe with a retro edge. I love going in to see what decor has been added. Friendly staff. Gluten free cake options. Nice atmosphere to sit in. A down to earth friendly place for a bit to eat.
