This is more of s question than a review.
When I spoke with the manager, he said that the gluten-free pizza goes in the same oven as the other food and without any pan to avoid cross-contamination. He claimed that the gluten burns off in the oven.
His statement worried me and we did not eat there.
From all the great reviews I am seeing here, I am willing to reconsider.
