I am very disappointed and hope you can resolve this issue. My son came in to pick up a gluten free pizza tonght and used a gift card given to me in November when my husband passed away. He was told the business changed hands and it was new owners and that the old owners told him to hell with all the people who had gift cards and they would give him the pizza “for free”, but that they are not giving him back the card with the $35 balance on it or honoring it.
Update:
The owner, Billie, called me tonight and worked out a compromise that I could use my remaining balance in the future. I think it was a stand up thing to do and I am impressed he took the time to contact me. I will eat there again.
