Had a great time this evening. Shawn was our server and after telling him I was gluten intolerant, he checked everything I ordered. I had the Classic Trio with the chicken soup without noodles. My husband had the lasagna and sausage lentil soup. We also ordered the burrata tomato caprese appetizer. Even though the menu said the Chicken Marsala was GF, Shawn said it wasn’t so we substituted marinara sauce. He also said the seasoning for the chicken contained wheat so they only used salt and pepper. I appreciated his diligence. The food was delicious. We will definitely be returning!

This is definitely if not most one of the most healthiest places in town. Donald and his staff always make sure to give you just enough protein,veggies and carbs. Not only is most of his food gluten and dairy free but he has organic chicken and an alternative plant based chicken for vegans!! I have been coming pretty often when i don’t have time to meal prep at home. He opened not too long ago and I can’t wait to see how much their restaurant will grow in the next year. The food is always great. Th will also adjust to your liking. Thanks Quinoa Connection!!

Bathroom is always filthy. They don't give the mints with your check anymore. They watered down the soup it was very thin. Only one thing vegan and gluten free rotini with marinara. 12/23 just to include it would be nice if they hired a few English speaking servers. Our waitress smoked and said yes but until told for a second and third time in English we could not get our drinks refilled or the orders right.

Sunday I had the most amazing breakfast and being gluten intolerant, it felt very comfortable to still be able to enjoy my food. My waiter Rosenny was absolutely amazing she took great care of us and I will definitely go back again!!
