I'm gluten free and was thrilled that Club Car had a separate GF menu that included a lot of choices. They even had GF soups!!! Fun atmosphere, great service and great food at reasonable prices. We really enjoyed Club Car and definitely will visit again.
The food is always great and they have a lot of delicious gluten free options! I brought some friends with last night and they loved the food and said they'd definitely be going back for more! Prices are reasonable too!
Stopped in for a Lox Bagel and Iced Coffee. I was served promptly but after ordering I noticed the fellow making my bagel doing so without gloves. Thought that was strange and I was tripping for a moment but then saw him start the next order also without gloves, then put a pair on midway through making that bagel. Its 2024, anything to do with food service especially in an open kitchen where customers can see you should be wearing gloves. Took my order to go, when I got around to eating it the bagel was tough and dry, certainly not fresh. The taste was good but also pretty skimpy on the Salmon compared to others given this is also a $10Menu item. I eat Bagels 3-4 times a week and this one was Defiantly not up to par. I’d keep looking somewhere else for your gluten fix.
This place does an excellent job with the gluten free options (I’m Celiac and never have issues with Jersey Mikes in general). However the last time I ate there the GF bread used was definitely stale and dry. Very disappointing.
Overall they are polite and not too pissy when you ask them to change gloves.
This place is filled with dishonest people and cheats. I ordered gluten free pizza online on a Tuesday (2/13/24). But when I was ordering them online, I saw that the Tuesday promotion ($10.99 for large pizza) was not applied. They told me to select pay at store and they will apply the promotion when I pay at the store. But when I reached the store, they didn't honor it.
They are a bunch of crooks. Don't trust them or be fooled by them.
My son is gluten free and was calling to ask questions about the gluten free options and making sure that it was safe to go there and the only thing Terry the manager had to say and what he kept repeating is “you’d just have to talk to a waiter when you get here” which is not an option for someone who has celiac’s disease. Terry was not welcoming or nice at all when answer the phone at. Which is such a shame being that this was my favorite restaurant. You lost a customer Terri. Also I have a video of it all if you need the proof john.
The food was very good. Fast. Hot. Fresh. Although there were some concerns regarding gluten, they were able to provide a vegetable dish with white sauce minus the wheat. It was very good and so was the rice. Water chestnuts, celery, mushrooms, onions, carrots. Very vegan and very good.
