My partner has celiac and a dairy intolerance so we rarely go out to eat. We found this while on an overnight trip and were absolutely blown away by their care and attention to cross contamination. Separate fryers, markers for allergy items on the plates, the managers even came out each time (we ate in and ordered food the next day on our way home it was so good!)
