I love that after I order a Gluten Free Bun their staff always asks if it's an Allergen or a preference? It's awesome to see establishments like Culver's take food allergies
and sensitivities seriously. It's extremely frustrating for one with Celiac's or any food allergy to order while dining out because they're taking a chance on their wellbeing 100 percent of the time and putting their trust in a stranger preparing their food. So it's amazing to see Culver's approach to such an important life issue.
