We were recently in town for a long weekend and ate at the 110 Grill in Manchester every night for dinner including two large group dinners. I cannot say enough good things about the Manchester location! It is very challenging to eat out and travel with a gluten allergy, but the 110 Grill was a wonderful oasis because they take all food allergies very seriously. In fact, when they greet you, one of the first things they ask is if anyone has any food allergies. Pretty much the entire menu can be made gluten free, which was mindblowing because I am so often limited to salads when eating out. Everything we tried was delicious! We interacted with many staff members over the course of the three days and every host, server, and manager were all rockstars at what they do and also such kind and caring folks. We are so grateful to everyone who made our time there so special! Thank you for taking such good care of us!

This is the best Thai food in the area - period. It is true, authentic Thai. Our favorites include the massaman curry, green curry, and red curry. Always fresh and delicious. We get take out take out at least a few times per month. If you’re thinking about giving it a try, please do. This restaurant is an absolute gem. If you aren’t familiar with Thai food or not sure about something on the menu, just ask. They are family owned and run, so they don’t have a big staff, but everyone is wonderful and will help guide you and will make any accommodations they can to ensure you have a fantastic meal. Also, I am gluten free (the rest of my family is not) and I have never had any issues with anything I’ve ever ordered gluten free. When you have a food allergy, it’s important to know that you can enjoy your meal without getting sick afterward. One last thing - We also travel pretty frequently and try to find a Thai restaurant wherever we go (we love Thai food), but nothing has ever come close to the delicious meals we enjoy at Daw Kun Thai. Frankly, I don’t know why we really bother trying other Thai restaurants at this point. None have compared.

Few GF (Celiac Disease) Options: They offer GF wraps. I made a Cesar bowl into a Cesar wrap and it was yummy! It came with popcorn which was a surprise. The staff was nice but space inside is limited. The water station is underwhelming. The water does not taste good. Also the location in Manchester is not great....plus only on street parking.

Authentic Tex mex newly (Q1 2025) opened in Manchester beat the airport. Hip vibe. Big bar. Lots of tequila and drink options. Menu is well labeled for gluten free gf. Homemade corn tortillas, fresh chips, fresh salsa. Daily lunch specials include several egg dishes. I also added a taco steak asada. Worth a stop.

I’m not usually one to complain but my husband and I order from here all the time. We love that they offer gluten free sub rolls and everything we order tastes amazing. We both typically get subs but tonight I decided to get a salad (garden salad with grilled chicken) instead. I opted for the large salad so I could have leftovers for lunch at work tomorrow. The salad was small… like barely one serving. I didn’t take a picture and wish I had because I’m not sure what size a small salad would be; clearly not enough for an adult. If I’m paying $15+ for a salad I expect a dinner salad and this was essentially the size of a side salad. Again, I love their food but I was extremely disappointed and wish I ordered elsewhere to actually get a dinner sized salad.

The Green Beautiful in Manchester, NH, brings me so much joy and happiness by providing a safe, comfortable space for our community. From the delicious vegan eats to the stunning art deco decor, every visit is a delight. I love their commitment to promoting activism for climate change and female reproductive rights, making this spot truly unique. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and I'm thrilled they offer a full vegan menu with gluten-free options and careful attention to nut allergies. I've tried the entire menu, and I couldn't pick a favorite because everything is so delicious! Bravo to the team—this is easily one of my favorite breakfast spots around!

Love this place! The food is always good, hot and consistent! I have Celiac Disease (gluten allergy), and they have a good selection of Gluten Free items. When I called to place an order and mentioned my gluten allergy, she was very reassuring about their gluten safety and even recommended other GF items that I didn’t even think to ask about, assuming they would not be GF. (like the Scallion Pancakes!) Side note for any new visitors: If you are not familiar with Thai spice levels, I recommend starting light! Thai food is notoriously spicy. I can handle a decent amount of heat, and even the “Light” spice is a little too much for me lol. Lesson learned, “Very Light” is now my go-to!

Me and my wife split a meatball Parm sub, which was the best meatball parm. I've ever had those meatballs, you could taste the beef, the flavor the consistency was phenomenal and we ordered a Margarita pizza with plenty of gluten in that dough.

This past weekend, my boyfriend and I decided to treat ourselves to an early dinner at the Puritan Backroom, and I can confidently say it was an experience to remember! We opted to sit at the bar, and right from the start, we were warmly welcomed by our server, Tyler. His friendly demeanor created an inviting atmosphere, not just for us but for everyone around. Tyler consistently checked in on us—between drinks, while we placed our food order, and even after we finished eating. His kindness and professionalism made our dining experience feel special. When it came time for me to order, I chose the GF Broiled Chicken Tenders and a GF Mudslide. I hesitated on the salad, as most places typically have croutons, but Tyler’s keen attention kicked in. He asked if I had a gluten allergy, and I said yes. He then asked if I had Celiac Disease, even though he felt like he was being invasive, I was genuinely surprised by this thoughtful inquiry, as it’s rare for servers to be so informed about Celiac's disease. Once he understood my needs, Tyler went above and beyond to ensure my meal was safe. His exceptional care and attention to detail really stood out to me. It’s not every day that you find someone who understands the seriousness of Celiac Disease and takes such great precautions. I would wholeheartedly recommend Tyler to anyone who follows a gluten-free diet. If you visit Puritan Backroom, make sure to ask him for a GF Chocolate Mudslide— it's to die for! Thank you Tyler!!

Nice little tap house with an extensive list of beers including gluten free options and ciders. Had the chicken tzatziki sandwich and it was amazingly delicious. Cucumbers, tomatoes, spinach, chicken, feta, spinach, tzatziki sauce on a bun with fries. Quaint little atmosphere with a good vibe. Definitely worth a visit.

always hit and miss, half the time they will give basically zero of your toppings the other half they are out of half the toppings anyways but at least they sometimes warn you… i only come back because they are one of the few safely gluten free fast takeout options in the area
