Best pizza gluten-free in Elizabeth City. The crust is thin & delicious and the customizable toppings are always fresh. You can watch them make everything from start to finish. The staff has phenomenal customer service skills. Be sure to let them know your dietary restrictions and they will do their best to accommodate. And, their sister shop next door has the perfect fresh baked goods and Coffee to complete your dining experience.
We passed Van's so many times. My husband was in the mood for good pizza. We are from NY so good pizza is easy to find. We were not disappointed. I got the Gluten-free pizza and Arcadian salad. My husband got the Hawaiian pizza. Oh my goodness. I could have eaten my whole pizza in one setting. It was even good the next day heated in the microwave. Brian was awesome. We will be going back. Even the customers were friendly and very nice to us.
Alex was our server. He was great, very attentive and put my celiac daughter at ease. It's difficult to find gluten free in EC. The food was great! We all had burgers and fries. The loaded fries were especially yummy. 😋 Will be back again. Need to try brunch.
I could not have asked for a better experience here. Having Celiac I'm always cautious of chain restaurants especially when I'm traveling, but the general manager made it a point to come over to our table and explore their extensive website page with all of their dietary restriction options with me. The restaurant was incredibly busy at the time and a chef accidentally placed my burger on a regular bun instead of a gluten free one, He came over and explained that my meal was being remade and prepared properly. The service and attention to detail with my meal was amazing and I will definitely be returning to my local RT in the future. Thank you for making my evening feel safe and special with my family!
