Confession: we grew up west of the Mississipi, where Italian food was limited to Chef Boy-ar-dee. Wife is gluten intolerant. It gives me gastric reflux. Yuk. We nearly starved on a recent trip to Italy.
There are perhaps two salads on the menu, here, that we can eat, nothing else. The Greek (not Italian) salad was good. We're not into the Caesar salad- dressing is off-putting.
The good news: there's a Yemeni grocery store in the same strip center with outstanding Middle Eastern foods available. Go there instead.
Food was so fresh and flavorful! We got the Nafkot Combo (vegetarian)and hubby got Bonza Shero (beef stew) and it was just as great!
Ask them for the spice powder on the side it was a pop of flavor!
Our server was so kind and sweet her name was Zenebe! She explained it all to us!
It was all gluten free!
Decor was festive and beautiful ❤️
Me and my mother left from the dmv on a cold day and came in the owner and the cooks was ver welcoming. They described their fancy menu to us and my mother enjoyed a wonderful gluten free pizza and I had two gigantic slices. The food broke scale and the service is immaculate. If you in the west side of Raleigh and happen to see this establishment
I love that they're Celiac friendly. The Thai tea is a great caffeinated treat. Sushi is superb. Almost everything can be made gluten sensitive with tamari. Once a week never gets old
The food was delicious and so were the cocktails. They even have some gluten free options. The only downfall was our service was not great as well as our phones would not load the menu.
