**Update: Came back later the same week and had a positive experience. Food was ready on time. The gluten free crust at the two times I've had it at this location was gummier than the Dayton and Centerville location. I'm not sure why that was. Management was responsive to allergen concern I brought up earlier. Thanks for the quick response.**
The take out order was delayed 20 minutes and when they gave me my order which was submitted online they included bread which I marked the meal as a gluten allergy and requested no bread. When I talked to a person they said, "Oh yeah it's fine, the person packing it probably just didn't read the ticket"
No it's not fine. This has never happened at Centerville or Dayton locations. Staff here needs to take allergies more seriously today.
