I greatly appreciate that my daughter with celiac can be accommodated here with lots of yummy options and a complexly separate gluten sensitive menu. She even gets gluten free fresh rolls! I wish more restaurants would accommodate for gluten. Thank you so much!

Food was pretty good, a little salty. Bianca on the other hand was such a personable and attentive server. She made wonderful menu recommendations, the shrimp dumplings were our favorite!! Bianca was sure to refill our drinks whenever we ran low, checked on us consecutively and was so sweet when we asked about gluten free recommendations for our daughter. We will surely be back to enjoy her service again soon!

Who doesn't love a personal pizza? I eat gluten-free, and the cauliflower crust pizzas are so much better than the garbage I've had at some other places offering gluten-free pizza . Consistency is huge in the food business, and Mod has nailed that.

I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys a high quality, farm-to-table experience. The chefs plan their menus around the season, local farmers product, and dietary restrictions. My gf is gluten free, and she loves that she has options when we go here. This was actually our first date 😭 Thank you to the Glen Mills staff!

This is the best gluten free pizza I have ever tasted anywhere! I usually order the white, vegetable pizza, but also enjoy the chicken tacos. The owners are gracious and I adore them as a family that is working hard to make their dream come true. I give them my full support.
