Very disappointed, I used to be a huge fan of VooDoo chicken as I am gluten free and enjoy having delicious options. Upon the kitchen switch the atmosphere and service remained the same, but the food extremely plummeted I ordered fried catfish and tenders. First of all the catfish was mushy almost puré like totally inedible, the tenders were dry and had way too much breading on them. As for our sides we got onion rings and waffle fries, both were extremely undercooked the onion was almost crunchy and the waffle fries were soggy and limp. Definitely not coming back.

They have the most gluten free options of any place I’ve been. The best food and desserts. Gluten free key lime pie, and the gluten free pizza or sandwiches are always delicious.

Warning for Celiac, they no longer have gluten-free fries, they a now coated with wheat flour and seasoning. Very disappointing for the Celiacs on our trip. The honesty is appreciated, the effort Portobello's gives to address dietary concerns is above average. However, one of the reasons the Celiacs in my group looked forward to Portobello's was one of the few places that offered GF Fries.

We love Cootie Browns! Its a great relaxing place for the family. They have lots of gluten free options and modifications. Our server Kaitlin was great and answered all my allergy questions. She didn't hesitate to go above and beyond to make sure my food was safe to eat. Thank you!

I really appreciate that they have some gluten free and seemingly healthier options! However, shrinkflation is outrageous and I don’t think I’ll be eating here anymore. Today, you get one mini taco, hardly filled, with two tortillas, at the price that hasn’t changed since 2-3 years ago. And back then, you got two overfilled tacos with 4 tortillas for the same exact price they are now. It really doesn’t need to be this way and the people are over it!

Delicious food with gluten free options! Lovely, welcoming atmosphere and even outdoor seating! Friendly wait staff who was attentive to detail! Spacious parking lot offering lots of parking. Our food was delicious and we brought dessert to go. Their cakes are simple scrumptious! Must try the million dollar cake if you are looking for a yummy gluten free dessert!

We visited for my fiancé’s birthday because it was his choice. We’ve always loved the fantastic food and great gluten-free options here. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed this time. We were seated and then completely forgotten about. No server ever came to take our order, and after waiting approximately 30 minutes with no acknowledgment, we ended up leaving. This was supposed to be a special celebration, and it was honestly very upsetting. Hoping this was just an off night, but it was a huge letdown.

This place may just take the cake for my favorite pizza joint in East TN! PHENOMENAL food, fun and relaxed atmosphere, and a punctual and friendly service staff! The gluten free options are exceptional for those in need of it. HIGHLY recommend for anyone in need of a good New York slice or a whole pie.

Was invited to the quaint, adorable, and inviting atmosphere of Frannie's Vegan Café today by a sweet friend who treated me to lunch... and it was wonderful! Besides the food being super fresh and healthy it was tasty and fun too. How is food fun? Here it just is, especially if you are new to vegan food. The fun comes from stepping out of the box, trying something new and seeing how it compares to food you are otherwise used to. Frannie's has a welcoming atmosphere that's coupled with a homey kitchen and cool decor. It felt like being on vacation in a new town when stepping inside with an urban meets country vibe. For added fun, I has a patron pick out my meal, which was the jackfruit Bar B Que sandwhich with a sideof carrots and seasoned potatoes. The gluten free lemon and blueberry cupcake hit the sweets craving spot too! It was great leaving satiated and not stuffed or too full, which I attribute to the quality of the food prepared there. Definitely worth checking out!

McAlister's is our office go to for ordering lunch. The manager loves the club sandwich on gluten free bread. They're not skimpy with the meat or veggies on their sandwiches and their soups, stuffed baked potatoes and double fudge brownies are wonderful, too. I stopped by one evening and had the Savannah chopped salad with sherry shallot dressing, and added avocado for $1.75 extra. I was expecting more than just a few small slices, but that aside, the salad was fresh, had the right amount of everything, and was delicious! The prices aren't bad either and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Sorry to see Greg's go downhill. Pizza was very bland and without much sauce. Pizza had some kind of finely ground meat that had a horrible texture.It was like sawdust.They've definitely changed the recipe.Gluten free pizzas are a joke. They burn them up. You could not beat the old Greg's pizzas. Won't get my business anymore.

I have now been a regular customer at sully’s for about 6 months or so. The people here are seriously so kind, and make the best bagels!! I am gluten free, so i get the millet and flax bagel and i have never had a stomachache or reaction from it! My mom is too, and we both love it. The owner is always so kind, and makes a point to say hey to everyone that walks in. The service here is outstanding and they always make me want to come back. I love sully’s, and i always suggest it to people when they ask me what they can get to eat quickly.

Just had such a bad customer service experience. When my husband and I ordered two gluten free subs the woman had an attitude when we told her it was an allergy, when I told her I was pregnant and needed my meat grilled she yelled back at the person on grill and they both implied in their tone that it was a massive hassle. I decided to leave and try a different Jersey Mikes as other locations have been much more accommodating about the gluten allergy and pregnancy. So thankful JM offers amazing gf bread, but this location’s customer service was the OPPOSITE of hospitable :(

It's hard to find places that can accommodate both a gluten and a soy allergy. The staff was super helpful, we had delicious pho and egg rolls for the first time in a long time. Thanks, The Roots. We'll be back!

Absolutely lovely place for some delicious coffee and beautiful art! I appreciate the welcoming environment that the staff offer. And so helpful when choosing which drink off their menu to choose from! I ended up with an iced mocha with almond milk and their gluten free “Cosmic Brownie!” Both were SO good! Thankful for this place for offering substitutes for milk and offering gluten free options.
