My family and I went to dinner and my wife is not able to eat the crust. While it is a buffet, in the past, she has been able to order a crustless pizza and it has not been a problem. It is brought out to her completely burnt dark brown and hard as rock. She asks for another and the employee tells her she can only have one and she has now had her "one." We ask for the manager which comes out and tells us that is it not part of the buffet and she can only have that one and he has never heard of a crustless pizza. He then goes and calls corporate to ask them about crustless pizza. He returns and tells us that he has to charge us more for crustless pizza as it falls into the same category as gluten free crust.
I understand that gluten free crust costs more and there would be an additional charge for that, but we are asking to minus the crust. If I go to McDonald's or Burger King and ask for no bun, they are NOT going to charge me additional. If I ask to add something, then they would.
So, I know that pizza is not good for any diet to begin with, but, if you have ANY diet restrictions at all, do not eat here. Corporate has stated that they will charge you more for less. Management is rude and will talk over you telling you that you are wrong.
Oh, they also told us to just take the toppings off the regular pizza from the buffet and toss the crust. That is super wasteful.
DO NOT EAT HERE. There are many other pizzas places of better quality.
My wife and I are Gluten-Free. Orangel was EXTREMELY careful and attentive to our needs!
It’s always stressful going into a restaurant because some are more understanding than others with the whole GF situation.
But the service was quick, friendly and super awesome! Thanks Orangel and staff!
I love Noodles and Company. They have fantastic food and most locations are very accommodating to my dietary restrictions. With a lot of options to make gluten free or vegetarian
I haven't been here in awhile but it used to be one of my food safe places to eat gluten free. I ordered (all with a gluten allergy) a burger, fries no salt and a small shake. Once I got home I realized the fries had salt and also pepper for some reason. I ate it all anyhow not thinking it through. Now I'm sitting at home with a progressing tummy ache and I'm just hoping it's not from cross contamination. I guess I'll update this review once I know for sure.
Pretty impressive everything is vegan. The ginger tofu noodle salad was good, the tofu was cooked up nicely and had a crispness to it. The "beef" pho bowl was super tasty. However, the "meat" was bland. But the broth was delicious. Not a lot of gluten free options, but there are some. Would I go again, probably. But I'm not sure what I would try next time.
The reason for 4 stars: The bathroom was disgusting. Smelled like urine, it had urine all over the seats. I decided not to use it and go somewhere else. I didn't even want to touch the door. Kind of concerning if you are eating inside.
My wife has gluten allergies so eating out has mostly stopped for us. Luckily great burger's are still on the menu. She has never been sick after a 5 guys lettuce wrap.
Worst Chick Fil A I have ever been to!!!! All the teenagers were on their phone at the window and then they were touching my food! So disappointing! Then when I asked to make sure the fries were gluten free they weren’t knowledgeable and then when I got up to the window all of the teenagers were laughing at the fact I asked for gluten free fries! Seriously the worst Chick fil a ever!!!
I came for gluten free waffle. And I was told by server that mix sticks to waffle irons and asked me to get pancake instead.
What is the point of having glutenfree items on your menu if never allowed to order it. This not the first time I have had problems gluten free menu at an IHOP.
Fantastic experience. I went for the lunch special and loved it. They were very knowledgeable about what was gluten free on their menu. I got the soup of the day (egg drop soup) and the green curry and it was absolutely delicious. I did level 2 spicy (medium) and it was just the right kick of spicy. The portions were perfect. The atmosphere is really fun!! Will definitely return to try more.

They offered gluten-free options. The staff was knowledgeable and asked questions if they didn't know an answer to ensure food was safe and gluten-free. The place was clean, and the food was good like it always was on their truck.
I always love coming here. Almost all of their menu items are gluten free, so I can feel safe and order almost anything off the menu. Our family always leaves filled up. My husband loves their massive burritos, and I usually go for the soup or the salad. I love their spicy Barbacoa pork, but I also love the sweet pork, so I'll usually ask for half of each in my dish. They are always accommodating and friendly.
The food is great and we generally have a good experience, but they don’t know how to apply their own coupons correctly.
Tonight we used the buy 1/2 sandwich get 1/2 free. We need to have the gluten free bread, but they don’t make GF 1/2 sandwiches since the bread is so small. He told us they would put half the amount of meat on and just charge us for half. They made both of the sandwiches with half the meat but charged for a whole sandwich AND a half sandwich. One of the sandwiches should have had full meat since we paid for a full. We were shorted half a sandwich worth of meat! And since it was pastrami, we paid even extra! Not cool!!

DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES - I hate leaving bad reviews, I really do... but these people are going to hurt somebody and management is definitively clueless when it comes to food allergies.
I asked very specifically for gluten-free options. I took their guidance. The food arrived and I was skeptical. Turns out their "Crab" is imitation crab. I asked if they could verify it was gluten free. Between the fake masago and the fake crab, I got definitively "glutened" and had to deal with GI inflammation and pains for four+ days.
I called their manager to share my feedback, and the manager/owner expressed doubt and suggested that food allergies only hit immediately and that I didn't have a reaction in the restaurant (LOL). I asked the management to provide a full refund and I would have left this issue alone and moved on. They agreed, and then later provided a refund for ONE ROLL. Nope... I'd rather pay $1000 then to deal with the pain that I've been dealing with for days now. $14 refund after agreeing to refund the whole check of $64. THESE PEOPLE ARE GOING TO HURT SOMEBODY AND SEEMINGLY COULD CARE LESS.
BE CAREFUL MY FELLOW SENSITIVE BROTHERS AND SISTERS! Plenty of other sushi places in SLC that actually care and understand food allergies. On the positive note, the server and hostess were very nice and kind. It's a lack of education and management is care-free.
AMAZING!!!!!! This is seriously the best vietnamese restaurant I've ever been to! The staff is so awesome and the food is some of the best food I've ever had. Their pho and bobas are the best! Plus they have lots of gluten free options and are super safe. Definitely a place to try!
Have been here a ton. Love the food and concrete mixers. But we have had a lot of problems. Once they handed our food out to drive thru after waiting 25 minutes (food for 4 people). They gave us 2 free basket combos as a 'sorry'. We have had plenty or orders messed up or they forget the gluten free bun on many occasions. Have even gotten the wrong shake before. The staff is trying their best but laking in customer service and paying attention to receipts.
I'm a non-Spanish speaker and the staff treated me so well, walking me through the menu. The arepas (like a papusa) were delicious! We also enjoyed the mandocas (like a plantaine donut). We'll be back to try more for sure. I'm gluten-intolerant, so it's great to have so many corn/maize-based choices.

I just want anyone to know if you have a gluten/dairy allergy. This place is so accommodating. You can bring your own teriyaki sauce and they will cook your meat with it as well as your vegetables if you ask. They always cook my food first before the rest of the tables. And the chefs are well versed about what has what in it. Literally so glad this place is willing to work with me and my dietary restrictions. It’s also a bonus that it is delicious.
My friend is allergic to gluten, and they had gluten free options for pizza. The pizza was good, not soggy. The crust tasted like bread, which I like. For the three veggie pizza that I took, I wish there was more cheese. Other than that, the pizza there is good, but I didn't like their soup. 3.5/5!
What an exciting experience. This food is like nothing you've had before.
So many delicious vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options.
So much flavor, so many new things.
Highly recommended.
Love Papa Murphy's pizza. My son loves the gluten free pizza. Then best we have found. Lots of toppings, pizza was ready when expected. Cooked the next day and were delicious!
