Traveling through on our way back from Hershey, PA. Needed a quick bite and this was perfect! Loved the local sourcing of their food, fast friendly service and gluten free option.
This place is great..... Everyone should go to this place..... The food and service was great.... Great menu choices for gluten free, vegan and reg.menu food.... The food amount was huge and very tasty... Please if you are in the area you need to stop by.....
FANTASTIC! This place doesn't perform culinary arts. Globowl is practicing culinary alchemy. With the marriage of fresh ingredients, perfect seasoning, and amazing chef skills, my taste buds were temporarily suspended in the stratosphere. I have never experienced anything like this.
The only hard part was trying to decide on one dish from the many tempting choices on the menu. Everything sounds incredible. The staff was friendly and attentive. Lauren, the owner and chef is a wonderfully interesting character. She comes from a background of international living as well as an eclectic blend of American experiences. Lexington is lucky that she decided to open her restaurant there.
I've noticed on other reviews, here and on other sites ,that people are mentioning "proteins". There are some "add ons" available that would be more aptly called sides. Most of the dishes contain protein rich ingredients. Mushrooms contain 9 amino acids making them a complete protein. Quinoa is a complete protein. Most selections have legumes of some sort. Again, these are plant proteins. Cheese has protein. I see the selections as well thought out as far as being nutritionally balanced and then created with the flavor being very important.
My wife and I had a zen bowl and we WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED! It's very rare that I eat someone else's cooking and don't find the need to add a little salt or pepper or find the dish too salty. The zen bowl was quite literally PERFECT. Can't wait to be in the area again so that we can experience another sensational selection.
If you are any where near Lexington, the food is worth the extra drive. You don't need to be a vegan, vegetarian, gluten free or have any diet restriction to appreciate the amazing creations this place is producing. Believe me, you won't be disappointed and when you're done eating, your body will thank you for the delicious nutritious experience.

Finally a place that makes an amazing gluten free pizza. Never thought I would have a food allergy but when I did, it was a struggle to find places where I could get gluten free options. The pizza was next level good! You have a customer for life.
Great food and atmosphere. Our server Megan was extremely gracious and was very versed in Celiacs..... helped us get a great gluten free meal. Indoor and outdoor seating.
The brewery was fantastic. Nice and clean with a great layout for social distancing, but will be great for live music and events once things begin to normalize again.
I was thrilled to see that they have one gluten-free beer now, a tangerine sparkling ale. It was light and crisp, with some good citrus notes. Will definitely come back the next time we're up this way.
