⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of dining at Medi Terra Kitchen, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for families. The restaurant was impeccably clean, and the bathrooms were spotless—a rare find indeed. One thing that truly stood out to me was their thoughtful provision of free diapers and wipes in each bathroom—a gesture that showcases their dedication to catering to families with little ones. Now, let’s talk about the food. The lamb chops were simply divine and easily the best I’ve had in Halifax. Every dish was bursting with authentic Mediterranean and Turkish flavors, and there was a wonderful selection of treats available for purchase. But it wasn’t just the food that left a lasting impression; the service was exceptional. We were treated with utmost hospitality and even received a complimentary tea with our meals—a delightful surprise. I also appreciate their attention to dietary needs, as they are willing to accommodate any food allergies or special requirements. Their menu clearly indicates options for vegans, vegetarians, and those needing gluten-free dishes. What’s more, knowing that Medi Terra Kitchen is 100% family-owned and operated adds an extra layer of charm to the experience. Overall, my visit was nothing short of wonderful, and I highly recommend this gem of a restaurant to anyone looking for delicious Mediterranean cuisine and top-notch service.

I had a great dinner here with a friend on the patio. I ordered the gluten-free lasagna, which was delicious and came with a slice of beautifully garlicky GF garlic bread. My friend was very pleased with their (gluten) pizza, too.

Gorgeous interior, incredibly friendly staff. Got a chicken and beef shawarma combo plate - every part of it can be gluten-free (omitting only one of two rice options as well as the pita that would otherwise be included,) and every single part of it was absolutely delicious. The amount of food I got for the $20 I paid fed me (very happily) for two separate meals. I will absolutely be returning in the near future!

Absolutely Awesome!!! The staff is really nice and well informed about gluten and they can give you all information you need… the menu contains a lots of gluten free options and they are easily identified by a red dot… Food was phenomenal!!! Portion size was really big!!So far… One of the best restaurant I ever go in the city!! I can’t wait to be able to get back there!

The food here is healthy and delicious and great value. They are very good at dealing with gluten-free and I've never experienced cross-contamination. The people who work here work so hard and do an exceptional job of keeping up with the orders. However, shame on the owners and management of this new minus location. There are never enough people working to handle the volume. They need to step up. And I really hope they appreciate their staff and pay them accordingly.

Lots of gluten free options, delicious and flavorful food. I had the souvlaki skewers, chicken and shrimp. Very good and great service both times I've been, and polite about my gluten free questions.

Amazing gluten free selection. And when I say 'selection' I mean it was tough for me to make a decision because there was so much to choose from!! The owner has a family member who is celiac and has made sure that there are delicious gluten free meal options for individuals with celiac! I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful this is!! I was passing through from Halifax on my way back to NB, and I'm so glad to have driven the few minutes off the hwy to find this gem! I'll definitely be back! Service was excellent, just like the food! I had the Chicken tetrazzini and also sampled the GF Roasted Red Pepper pasta dish as well! Sincere thanks!

Love the fact that we have a new “restaurant” in town! My very first time going was fantastic, after that it’s been not too bad! Depending on who you get is depending on how your experience will be. If you get the chance to go when Jamie is working you will have a great experience, she’s super friendly, she listens, she knows what food has an allergy to it such is nice since me and my husband are dairy/gluten free! I definitely think at times they need a bigger seating space but other than that it’s a 4 star for me :)
