Great food though pricy. Make a reservation because it’s always busy. They have a menu indicating gluten free, nut free, dairy free - just ask for it. Service could be either great or meh.

We came across this restaurant by chance while on a day trip to Oxford. We were attracted by its menu, inviting decor and size. We returned with our friend for lunch and enjoyed the mixed grill, Lamb Shwarma and grilled lamb chops with a very good bottle of Lebanese red and Lebanese coffee to finish. Good portions and well presented dishes. Excellent choice of vegetarian and mezze and also plenty of gluten-free options. We thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful homemade food, excellent service and welcoming atmosphere. We look forward to our return.

I wouldn't recommend it for gluten intolerant/ celiacs. I asked about gluten free options before sitting and was told "we have many options". Eventually 99% of the manu was with gluten and I ended up getting a thin slice of meat with some raw vegetables, for which I paid 16 pounds. There are many other better restaurants in Oxford that respect their gluten-free costumers.
This cozy spot offers a pleasant, warm atmosphere with a happy, relaxed vibe ideal for memorable evenings. The attentive service and accommodating staff create a welcoming setting, making it a considerate choice for those seeking a gluten-free friendly environment.

I really like this restaurant and the food is always good but I am gluten intolerant and ate a dish which was labelled GF. Sadly I was very ill after eating this and I did let the restaurant know but have had no response.
Disappointing and won’t risk eating there again.
Charming Mediterranean café bar with many gluten-free options in a cozy, relaxed atmosphere.

We went here as a group of 7 and all ordered a main and 4 sides. Overall the food was quite good although I found the fig honey lamb a bit too sweet for me. My main issue was the service; the food took 1.5h to arrive and only 6 mains were brought out - we ended up having to ask where the 7th had gone. My gluten intolerant friend who asked for rice instead of bread was ultimately served and charged for both. To finish off the night, the servers started clearing our table before people had finished eating which made them feel pressured to speed up (possibly because we were served late).
