DVASH was a tasty experience, it’s a nice cozy family run restaurant, with excellent mederteranian food, today I changed it up and I ordered the chefs burger, which was incredible. The burger was made of short rib, carmelized onions, Brie cheese and garlic sauce, melting goodness.. they offered a gluten free bun which was a bonus.

I just ate here for the first time and was really impressed! It’s a fresh Mediterranean spot where you build your own bowl, choosing from a variety of bases, proteins, and toppings—which is perfect if you like switching it up depending on what you’re craving.
Most of the menu is gluten-free (they told me only the meatballs and pita bread contain gluten), which was a huge plus. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful.
The staff was super friendly and welcoming—they checked in to see how I was enjoying the food and if I needed anything. You can tell they care about the customer experience. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

10 out of 10 every time. We come here every other week for kabob platters and salads. Everything is so fresh and made to order. I’m gluten free and also have worked in a few Mediterranean restaurants and this is the most authentic you can get in the area. Very pleasant people own this restaurant and we will continue to support them!
