Great food!!! The service was wonderful. Great gluten free (friendly) options. Owner works behind counter. Great people skills and leadership. Will definitely return. The Baklava is the best I've ever eaten. This dinner and the hospitality definitely made our evening.

Haile was so thoughtful and helpful for our party! Gluten allergies are no fun to navigate, but Haile made us feel safe and taken care of! I’ve only met a few servers in my life who really make me feel like we’re the only guests at the restaurant. Thanks so much Haile!

Enjoyed a wonderful lunch with my daughter today at the Classen Curve location. I’m severe Celiac and have to be very cautious when eating out. The server Roderick was extremely helpful and cautious. He changed his gloves and washed his hands to prevent cross contamination and guided me through building my delicious Mediterranean bowl. Danetta the manager was extremely kind and assured me her entire staff took extra precautions to help people with certain dietary restrictions. The food was excellent, the restaurant was very clean and the employees were very friendly. I highly recommend Cava on Classen Curve.

First, our server was amazing! She was kind and provided details about ingredients. Second, the food was sooooo good! I can’t wait to go back. I order the lentil soup since none of the salads were gluten free. So tasty! Marsala chicken was 🔥
