This is a chain taco place in the lobby of a MOXY hotel (Marriott?). Food is good. Order from kiosk. Big bar. Hip modern trendy interior to match hotel.
Got breakfast tacos - corn tortillas, gluten free gf per server. Got one of each of the two kinds, they were both good.
$5 per taco is a bit much as the portions are small. Not the best value for money, but good stuff.

When I went it was almost closing time and they didn't have much left. But the customer service was great! She knew they were running low so when I asked for some rice she got some from the back. I will be coming back since I am right around the corner. Being gluten-free it is nice to have an option so close by.

Love, love, loved my food. Entire menu is gluten free, save for the flour tortillas. Had the fish and breakfast tacos (could pick between them, so why not have both!) And they were delicious. So happy to find grilled fish tacos I can eat that are awesome! And not badly priced with friendly workers. Atmosphere is cute too. Will definitely be back.

We had a work lunch here for about 30 people the week before Christmas. Despite how busy they were and the fact we all didn't arrive at the same time, they took fantastic care of us. When more people showed up, someone immediately took their drink orders and new rounds of appetizers appeared.
Everyone was served at the same time. All the food looked amazing. The restaurant has beautiful decorations and we were very close to the stunning, light-up tree.
I didn't ask for a gluten-free menu because I checked out the menu online ahead of time. There are lots of items that should be gluten-free or could be modified. I usually stick with baked or grilled seafood. I planned on shrimp, but got tamales, refried beans and guacamole.
The menu is huge. Whether you want just grab some tacos or a quesadilla or want a fancy dinner, Gustavo's has you covered. I can't wait to go back.

The taco de carnitas is my absolute favorite closely followed by the street corn grilled chicken taco. Their brisket is also perfect- nothing bad to say about this place & their options!!
