Paleo Seed is my favorite, and must be everyone else’s too as it’s the hardest one to find unless I get in first or order it.
This is the only bread in NZ that I can actually have a tasty, soft sandwich with.
Love the sourdough too. Apart from day of, I freeze them all as soon as I get them so that it’s as yummy as first day. Toast is straight from there.

We were driving out and about enjoying our time together ( it’s been 5 years since my last visit home to family) when we decided to stop here for lunch. I have celiacs and asked if I could be catered for and was told yes. The delightful efficient staff not only catered to me the whole table got A+ exceptional service and delicious beautiful meals. Hidden away in a dark corner of Levin, across the tracks, along a barely lit street, down a narrow passage past the screams and grunts of box fit classes, is the most fabulous wood fired pizza joint in Horowhenua. This was originally a pizza oven factory that extended into a pizza Cafe, serving traditional and unique topping options. Loved the pizza take on a Big Mac, but was tempted The Lekker, biltong and BBQ salt. Dairy and gluten free options available and a tempting selection of dessert pizzas. Eat in or take away. Will definitely be returning!

He is starting up a sauce company, which seems like a great idea considering how incredible his homemade sauces are.
