GLUTEN FREE - OMG. You know what, you can make your own atmosphere but whose got the inclination when all want to do is sink your teeth into the delicious burger served to your table. We will be getting another "Burger" fix for our "Soul"before leaving Tassie. Still as good 3 years since our last visit from SA.

Lovely staff who were very welcoming on my arrival. The waitress with a British accent was attentive & created a good morale with me, shortly after my arrival I had a glass of Chartley Estate Pinot Gris which was a nice sharp and fruity flavour profile. Entree mushrooms were nice and crunchy exterior and soft centre, not too much heat & yakitori sauce giving a nice flavour to add to the dish. Accompanied with a pickled veg ribbons, adding a sweetness to the dish. A Delicious medium rare steak. Veg had a nice crunch and smoothe puree, seasoned well. Dessert was a deep fried plant based gluten free Nutella which was crunchy on the outside and cutting into it oosed out a gooey Nutella. Served on a pool of chocolate fudge sauce & coconut icecream which cut through the richness of the chocolate. Definitely worth going to experience this venue. The young head chef is doing some good things.

Just arrived in Launceston and needed a good meal. Searched for places with good gluten free variety, and this was a top return. Stunning location, awesome service and great food. I had the pork belly - it was divine. Two of our party had the chicken schnitzel (GF), and the other had the salmon. The salmon and pork belly came with fresh, green broccoli and wonderful big and crispy roast potatoes. The food was devoured very quickly. Service was awesome - wait staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and a few jokes were made too. We will be back in Launceston tomorrow - and are planning to return.

The most amazing Italian cuisine we have been too! They were so caring & so understanding. My partner being a coeliac, they really took care of him & accommodated well for the food! The food was absolutely divine & all of the staff was so lovely & had amazing recommendations! The owner is so lovely and really made our experience beautiful! We will be recommending to everyone we know!

Our group of four thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Mudbar last night. Absolutely delicious food, brilliant atmosphere with upbeat music rather than boring dinner music, supreme service and value for money. Their attention to my requirements (Coeliac and lactose intolerant) was beyond compare. The whole experience could not have been better. Thankyou all so much.
