I’m a celiac. Have eaten here before usually they’re great with celiac. But this time the waitress and the chef didn’t communicate properly and gave me the wrong dish. By the time they told me it was too late. It was an accident, but also highlights how poor the system is with GF food here. They need to add a sticker or some visual identifier that distinguishes the GF dishes. As the ramen dishes look identical. Most other restaurants do this. The waitress was very apologetic and they didn’t charge me but still not great. Celiacs be cautious and always double check they’ve given you the right dish.

Great atmosphere and food, the staff are excellent and service and attention to detail was perfect including dietary needs. Had good options for Coeliac and substitutions to avoid the deep fried or crumbed options. The crème brûlée and soufflé- not to miss

I took my partner here for dinner and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences of late at a restaurant. I have an onion and garlic intolerance and many places I have been to recently just do not understand what ‘fructose’ means. I always receive a ‘gluten’ free option which just tells me they don’t understand the different intolerances people have. It will always end up making me feel sick. It’s one of the reasons why I hate eating out. We had a look and picked our food. The waiter who I believe was Meg, took our order and clarified with the kitchen if what I picked could be made onion and garlic free. To my absolute delight they catered wonderfully for me, even going beyond to provide me with sauces in my burger that I didn’t even ask for, they did it just to make the experience even better. The cheeseburger was beautiful, the burrata was TO DIE FOR, and even though I couldn’t have the Mac ‘n’ Cheese (it has garlic in it) my partner said it was the best he has ever had! I would 100% come back, not just for the food, but for the whole experience. 11/10
