As someone with a family affected by celiac disease and allergies, dining out can be overwhelming. However, thanks to Jessica's instruction, we now feel at ease when eating at BP. So I been going here to the barrhaven location for a long time n I love it the food is always fresh the potions are small depending who’s working but that’s not even my issue !! I recently found out I have a gluten allergy ! So I told the lady n asked her to change her gloves cause I can’t have my food contaminated she was kinda rude about it then passed it down the lane without telling the other lady so she didn’t change her gloves which I didn’t notice at first cause I thought the other girl would make sure, so comes to the third lady I had to tell her!! The customer service isn’t very good n when somone has an allergy they should take that very seriously!! I would love to b able to have a pita but unfortunately I can’t !! Move over I just want to make it known to who ever it’s not our fault for our allergies ! I’m paying for ther service I expect good service n I don’t need the dirty looks !!
