It is not a 100% gluten-free place, but they only eat the salad and the meat with potatoes. Therefore, what they offer in principle is gluten-free. The potatoes are homemade. The meat comes in a sauce (when talking to the waiters they told me it was also gluten-free) that for my taste contained a lot of oil, but the meat was just right. The place is very large but the tables are too close together. In general it is not bad.

I ate a gluten-free pasta with truffles, cream of mushrooms and burrata. I really complimented the waiter on the cooking of the gluten-free pasta because it was perfect (I was afraid it would be overcooked), difficult to find even in Italy honestly... However, the dish wasn't bad at all!

One of the best restaurants in Bordeaux. My partner and me, we had the pleasure to enjoy the food at Terre Emeraude in August this year and it was delicious. Even for me as a celiac who has to eat glutenfree, the restaurant offered me several options and nearly everything was without gluten. Thank you so much for an unbelievable food experience. Beautiful small restaurant in Bordeaux, with excellent dishes and accompanying wines. The staff were attentive & friendly, and we particularly loved the attention to catering for coeliac dietary requirements (including offering gluten free bread!) 10/10 recommend
