This spot offers a magnificent and welcoming atmosphere with a focus on 100% homemade, gluten-free Brazilian specialties like crepes made with manioc and fresh açaí imported from the Amazon. The careful presentation and exceptional quality make it a must-visit for gluten-free dining.

Exploring with Jade
We recently tried Cario.K in Antibes and had a good experience. The Carioza Brazilian Cake and Açai Bowls at Cario.K are both really good. The Açai Bowl was so fresh, and you can really taste the difference with their 100% natural açaí, (they say, they import straight from the Amazon). The Carioza cake was a great gluten-free option, with a texture that was surprisingly light and easy to digest. If you’re looking for a spot in Antibes with unique and healthy options, this place is definitely worth a visit.
This intimate spot enchants with its tiny, cozy space and French vintage decor, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere ideal for gluten-free diners. The staff is notably helpful and careful about cross-contamination, ensuring a safe and pleasant experience.

Excited to test a new address offering a gluten-free option in Antibes, I would like to share my experience.
If you wish to eat in this restaurant, reservations are recommended. This was not our case, to get a table we waited 45 minutes which is understandable at the end of which we were seated at a table of 4. However the waiter told us that if he had a table of 2 which would be releasing it would displace us, which again is very understandable. A table then became available 10 minutes after we took our seats, we had not yet ordered. We thought we would be asked to change tables at this point, but no request was made by the waiter when he came to take our orders. We were therefore surprised when 10 minutes after being served, the waiter asked us to move the table without the help of the staff, not giving us a very positive image of the quality of the service. The waiter ends up apologizing for this situation and tells us that the desserts will be offered to us as compensation, which we appreciated. What a surprise we were when we saw on the bill that only one dessert was actually offered…
The icing on the cake is that the gluten-free pasta served is not fresh but industrial, Rumo, not to mention the brand. The staff lacked transparency and mentioned that the cost of a gluten-free option is €2, which is quite surprising for a restaurant that does not offer homemade gluten-free cuisine.... The positive point is that they are careful about cross contamination so I did not get sick (celiac).
So I will not return to this restaurant….

This venue offers a setting that attempts to accommodate gluten-free diners, highlighted by a shared recipe for gluten-free pizza dough. However, the overall atmosphere and service may not fully support a comfortable gluten-free dining experience.

We called to reserve a table for 7 people.
Once we arrived (at 9 p.m.) we were very poorly received by the waiter, who I think wanted to go home (we were the only ones in the restaurant).
We tell them that some have a special diet (lactose/gluten intolerance), we had the impression that they were force-fed, and had difficulty sticking to it.
The dishes were sent at the same time as the aperitif (avoid the so-called "gourmet" board which only contains 2 pieces of mortadella, and 2 pieces of rosette).
No commercial gesture, for an amount of 220th.
I do not recommend this restaurant at all, in terms of price, atmosphere, and service.
This modern spot features elegant interiors and a large, bright veranda with sea views, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. Enhanced by live music and attentive service, it offers a lively yet comfortable setting ideal for those seeking a gluten-free dining experience.

A real favorite!
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted in a warm atmosphere. The staff is extremely kind, smiling, attentive, and above all, very attentive to our needs—especially regarding our gluten intolerance—which were taken into account with care and kindness.
On the plate, it's a magnificent journey to Lebanon: authentic flavors, refined and generous dishes, an explosion of flavors in every bite.
A huge thank you for this wonderful experience, both human and culinary.

This café offers a rustic Asian style with décor that creates a real journey for the senses. The cool vibes and attentive service provide a welcoming atmosphere, though those with gluten sensitivities should exercise caution due to inconsistent allergy awareness.
