These arancini are out of this world!!! delicious Sicilian arancini with raw materials and tasty fillings with alternatives. Holy is the owner who makes VEGAN alternatives and obviously gluten free! The owner is an amazing man who is open-minded and super kind 🫶 The "Cazzilli" were also tasty, all truly amazing! And the Totò mascot who is too cute ❤️🫶🌱🐶 See you next time! And thank you 🌱

All delicious and strictly gluten-free! Light and crispy fried, I don't know what to recommend because in reality we tried various things and they were all really good!!!

Happened by chance and it was truly a beautiful and good evening!! Good food with excellent gluten-free dishes (even homemade pasta with careful study and combinations of flours), kind staff and very friendly and experienced owner.

The restaurant offers a completely gluten-free menu, guests are entitled to request pasta or breadings with gluten. Welcoming, attentive and professional staff. We ordered some fish dishes. Very tender octopus, fresh fried shrimp. The fresh pasta with prawns, tomato and pistachio and the mouth-watering pasta with squid ink and stracciatella; not to mention the homemade bread always strictly gluten-free and the desserts. Wonderful to find a restaurant where celiacs can relax during the meal. Experience to be repeated.

We had dinner at Palangaru on a Saturday evening. The service was fast and the staff friendly. Excellent pizzas with the possibility of choosing special doughs including "gluten-free". The fish was fresh and delicious. Fair prices.

Fantastic gluten-free restaurant in the center of Ortigia! They have everything both first courses and pizza. We had a very good duomo and an amazing fried calamari and prawns. Highly recommended!

Really lovely restaurant with gluten free options, some of which are suitable for celiacs. For their pasta and rice dishes, they can avoid contamination with gluten for celiacs as they have separate cooking equipment. Everything is made in the same kitchen, but they take care to avoid cross contamination. The gluten free pizza, however, is not (!) suitable for celiacs as it is made in the same oven as regular pizza. One of the waiters was very knowledgeable on the topic. The gluten free pasta dish I tried with swordfish was excellent! I have celiac disease and had no noticeable issues after eating here. Staff was very friendly, the ambience was cozy and rather chic. Can definitely recommend this place!
