The place is gluten-free, ideal for celiacs. The arancinis are very good. They also have vegan options. We ordered a vegan pistachio ragu and a vegan ragu, both of which were very good. They're large, and one is enough for lunch. I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews about them not being filled or crispy; you can see in the photos that they were filled well. We really wanted to try the cazzillos, which are like arancinis but with potatoes instead of rice.
The only things that could be improved are the service and the fact that they have bathrooms. But considering that it's street food and at a good price, I'll still give it 5 stars.

Great place to eat gluten-free in Syracuse. We ate there two nights in a row, their pizza crust is just the right amount of crispy. We loved the seafood spaghetti and the tiramisu, excellent. Very nice setting in front of the Duomo. The servers are friendly, I absolutely don't understand all the negative comments. As for gluten-free, they are competent on the subject and validated by the Italian Celiac Association. They have a separate menu with gluten-free dishes, you have to ask for it when you arrive (it's less extensive than the normal menu but there's still plenty to enjoy). The dessert menu is the same, the desserts available in gluten-free are indicated with a symbol (be careful though, you have to specify when ordering that you want the gluten-free version, the symbol just indicates that both versions exist).
I had dinner in this place during the week, it's a welcoming place, I ate gluten-free without having any difficulty choosing and the food was really excellent
Honestly just a really disappointing experience. We went because they had a gluten free pizza base (extra €3.90) but it honestly seemed frozen or store bought. It went super hard really quickly and just wasn’t great. As a coeliac it didn’t feel like a safe or decent option at all.
Service was pretty rubbish too. One female waitress was actually really lovely but the rest (all guys) were rude and just couldn’t be bothered. My partner was offered to try the red wine available. One was cold and stale. When asked if they had a regular room temperature option, they shrugged us off.
When we asked to take our leftovers they brought one box for both pizzas, even though one was gluten free and the other wasn’t, which just isn’t ideal. Then we noticed a wine on the bill that we didn’t even have. The waiter did fix it and say sorry, but it was such a half-hearted standoffish apology. Then he just sort of chucked the new bill on the table.
Overall it felt like a tourist trap. Definitely wouldn’t go back, especially if you’re coeliac or just expect basic good service.
Excellent gluten-free pizza! Service was slow, but fine. We had to pour our own water and hunt down plates for bread. Restaurant is in a quiet alleyway and has outside seating, though we did eat inside to escape the heat. I only put four stars because it’s not on the water or with a fantastic view, but the inside is very clean and tastefully decorated.
Family atmosphere, they welcomed us with kindness and courtesy. The pizza was very good and with quality ingredients. The gluten-free pizza is also truly exceptional.
A great experience in this downtown vegan restaurant! We tried the gluten-free “carbonara” pasta and the breaded escalope and it was delicious. Affordable prices. Super friendly service but we had to ask for the bill several times to receive it.
Address to absolutely try.
Very friendly service and brilliant stone oven pizza. The chef even has his own YouTube channel and gives tips about places to visit in Sicily.
For €5-€13, the pizzas are still of the best quality and have lots of toppings. (also the gluten free option)
The homemade tiramisu and pistachio cake are an insider tip.
I ate pizza at this restaurant and as a celiac I can say it was really good! They have a wide selection and everyone can really find the pizza that reflects their tastes!
A very nice and welcoming environment. An excellent mixed fried dish. Really good bigoli with tuna ragù. Gluten-free spaghetti with asparagus and prawns (congratulations for being excellently equipped even for celiacs!). Water, wine and coffee. €59 for two. Fair price considering that we are inside Ortigia (outside Ortigia you would perhaps pay a little less). Advised

We ordered a variety of dishes to try, but it was extremely disappointing. The pasta tasted like gluten-free cardboard, and the sauces felt like a confused attempt at fusion — neither bold nor balanced. Some plates looked like they came straight from a cafeteria tray. Honestly, I’m still bitter about the whole experience.
It was one of the most exciting food and wine experiences of my life. From the entrance to the desserts, a union of continuous emotions. We came across it by chance with my family, including my wife and daughter who are celiac, after a morning at the seaside in a bay a few kilometers away. The tables are located in a courtyard of an ancient farmhouse built in stone and decorated with flowering plants and climbers. The guys in the room pampered us and explained the various dishes, one after the other, all delicious combinations of a cuisine characterized by the flavors of a wonderful land like Sicily.
I have been going to this restaurant for several years now.
Fresh and artfully cooked fish.
The place is welcoming and characteristic.
The outdoor location is also very suggestive, right in the center, in front of an ancient disused church.
In the dining room, the kindness of Mrs. Antonella and her daughter stands out while in the kitchen her husband Giuseppe works to satisfy the palates of all customers.
Here even those with celiac disease, thanks to their attention, can enjoy a fish fry and a plate of spaghetti with clams!
Quality at an honest price!
Very welcoming and nice location, the particular pizzas with ancient flours including tuminia flour and perciasacchi, I took the gluten-free one and it was very good... unfortunately I didn't like the thin chips also because they were burnt, I recommend doing them before serving them a little taste... very attentive and kind service.
Gluten free! Thank you for your kindness! I have celiac disease: I ate the best fritto misto in my life with fried potato and a special vegetable side dish.
Delicious food and very kind staff!
If you pass through Syracuse you cannot miss this fantastic place.
They also have vegan and gluten-free options, so suitable for everyone!
Super recommended 👌🏻
Excellent restaurant/pizzeria, I eat there very often, as I am celiac and lactose intolerant, no risk of contamination and very attentive waiters! I recommend it very much. Very kind staff
Best gluten free pizza I’ve very had in my life! Most gf pizzas I’ve had taste like cardboard but this was so fluffy and didn’t have that gluten free taste. I couldn’t finish the whole thing so took half with me and had it for breakfast the next day. Microwaved it and it still tasted absolutely amazing!

Excellent restaurant and pizzeria where you can eat well and spend a pleasant evening with friends and family. It is possible to eat gluten-free foods, in addition to pizzas, meat and fish
Great service, the owner was an amazing host, she gave us amazing gluten free amuse bouche options. Great flavors, the only think to correct wast the temperature of the Risotto was a little bit could and the vanilla cookies in the tiramisu were a little bit dry, but great flavors.
The environment and staff absolutely lived up to expectations, but we chose gluten-free pizzas and although the toppings were good, the dough was burnt and did not seem to be artisanal, rather a ready-made base that can be purchased in shops/supermarkets. For the rest, absolutely nothing to complain about. Thanks and see you soon!
A little moment out of time. Discovered by chance, Fari is certainly the best place in Syracuse for fresh and delicious pasta.
They offer gluten-free pasta for sensitive little tummies.
The welcome is friendly, and the dishes are lovingly prepared right in front of us.
I highly recommend this place.
The food was very tasty. The waiter speaks English. Gluten-free dishes are also available here. I think that's great. The dessert was also delicious. Thank you for that.
The place is really very nice, not far from the center of Noto and allows you to eat both inside and outside, since the street is closed to traffic. Good food and excellent welcome, my requests to eat gluten-free and lactose-free, being careful about contamination, were satisfied without problems. Prices a little higher than average.
Small and charming Osteria just outside Ortigia, the owners Fabio and his wife are 2 really kind people, professional and available to customer requests, excellent food at reasonable prices.
Possibility to eat something Gluten Free.
Highly recommended
We entered by chance and had a pleasant discovery!
I found some fresh gluten-free casarecce!
Perhaps one of the few places with fresh pasta.
Friendly staff and attentive to requests.
This place is such a jem. Outstanding seafood for locals. You can eat al fresco in the street. Loving their mixed fish starter with so many different dishes and home-made gluten free pasta.
I will definitely come back again.
During a visit to Noto a storm suddenly hit us and we took refuge in this restaurant almost by chance. It couldn't have gone better! Excellent food (even for celiacs!!!) and coffee and bitters were offered. What struck us above all was the great friendliness and kindness of the owners. Seeing us without an umbrella, they even offered to accompany us to get our cars from the car park at the beginning of the town. Truly exquisite and generous people. If we pass through Noto again we will definitely return!!
I was in this restaurant at the beginning of November, a logistically nice restaurant, from the terrace you can see the sea, we had a plate of good swordfish, good octopus and potatoes and a plate of grilled vegetables. with 1 bottle of water and 1 coffee. Price 51 euros. the only dish that seemed a little above average in price was the vegetable dish at 10 euros. otherwise normal. The staff very kind and helpful.
I also reported that I could not eat bread with gluten and they gave me gluten-free bread (This is a service that I found in many restaurants on the tour I did in eastern Sicily during the week).
I ate gluten-free, I didn't have any problems.
The sweet parmigiana was excellent, one of the best desserts I've ever eaten. Starters and fish main courses are also excellent.
Highly recommended!
We were craving steak and since we were in the area this is the place we chose. Was very quiet on a Thursday night so service was quick and efficient and friendly. We had the beef burger with bacon, cheese and tomato and it was amazing, the crispy fries were also very delicious. I opted for the gluten-free bun which is an extra 2 Euros and it was pretty good as it was toasted. Very clean restaurant and clean bathrooms. Limited parking outside but also seating outside. The waitress even gave us free lemon sorbetto after.
