Nice environment and very hospitable owner, everything very good, even exceptional gluten-free. Despite the restaurant being full, the chef also managed to improvise a gluten-free and lactose-free dessert just for me!! Customer attention top marks.

Nice place in the center of Fiuggi, 2 steps from the SPA, they have gluten-free alternatives, both first courses and desserts. We had a gricia and a cacio e pepe, both gluten free, both very good. The chips and dessert are also gluten-free. Advised

A decidedly characteristic location, warm and welcoming, like the owners and Angelica, who pamper you with attention to every detail. Compliments to chef Marco for his dishes. Limited menu but welcome because every dish is of the highest quality. My favorites? Rustic chalet starter and pork cheek. Added value is the pizza for celiacs
