Nice place in the center of Fiuggi, 2 steps from the SPA, they have gluten-free alternatives, both first courses and desserts. We had a gricia and a cacio e pepe, both gluten free, both very good. The chips and dessert are also gluten-free. Advised

Limited menu but welcome because every dish is of the highest quality. My favorites? Rustic chalet starter and pork cheek. Added value is the pizza for celiacs
